Description: EIGHT b&w original, vintage photos from 1949, 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" of the "Jimmy" HAZLITT THRILL SHOW, "HELL DRIVER'S". They all have comments written on the back in pencil, like: "Jimmy Hazlitt driving a new Nash in Roman Ski Jump", "Blazing Wall Crash", "Jimmy's Leap of Death'", "He lived!". "Left wheels had just come off a ramp". "T-Bone Crash", "What a place to go to sleep!". "Result of the barrel crash". There is an advertisement for "100 MILE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP STOCK CAR RACE SUN JULY 3 (1949) 2PM", On the side of the Car Hauler is "BASS MOTOR CO. INC. KAISER FRAZER DISTRIBUTOR ...LOUISIANA" There appears to be a 1949-1950 Nash Airflyte, a 1947 or 1948 Ford Coupe, in the infield you can see a 1941 Ford Pick-up truck and other vehicles. Any glare or distortion is from my digital camera. VERY Good Condition, sharp image, sharp corners. Much better than image shows. Almost like new. FREE SHIPPING. I specialize in "Roadside America" and "US States, Cities, & Towns" with identifiable automobiles. If you are looking for postcards or photos with a specific make of automobile let me know, I may be able to help you out, if so I will list them on EBAY. I have been buying and selling on EBAY since 1999, with many satisfied customers, and many are repeat buyers.
