Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage it has writing on the front and a couple pages in pencil a chunk out of the cover and first 3 pages in the margin as well as the margin of 1 other page 1 inch spine splitting the cover is detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
