Description: 1947 York Feather Touch Master Model Professional Trumpetserial # 144021 This trumpet has a sound that can only be described as WOW! It is brilliant, lively and powerful. I have played for years and this one is exceptional from a sound prospective. None of the slides are stuck however the third slide will need an alignment or some adjustment to be usable. Please notice all the style designs of this horn. It has a mouthpiece receiver similar to the Martin Committees. The first slide hook is angled and the third slide is underslung. I also love the doubled decorative braces and the hexagonal caps. A really beautifully design. Cosmetic blemishes include missing lacquer and minor blemishes. For a 77 year old professional horn, quiet amazing. Included is a vintage case that is structurally sound but needs manually assistance to close and open the latches. No mouthpiece.
