This note is Pick # 195d, meaning it does not have the Forbes printing mark and has a leading hyphen in the serial number, which indicates it was printed in the U.S.S.R., not the U.S. I'd put this note in the VF range with no hidden problems. AMCs were issued in several counties, including Germany, during the initial Allied Occupation of those countries during and after the end of WWII, to help stabalize local commerce. This would make a wonderful addition to any WWII collection, Germany collection, or any other type of set. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases made during the same transaction.
