The ad is approximately: 10.5"x 14" This ad is in good condition, although there are also some faint creases in a couple corners. Please see photos for close-ups of the flaws. There could be some darkening of the paper which is understandable due to its age! Even with these flaws, it's mild and if you are planning to have the ad framed it shouldn't be visible at all!! All paper (unless archival paper) darkens with age due to oxidation which can also cause a very slight musty "old book" smell.
