Organized around the city centers of Los Angeles and San Bernardino, it connected cities in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. The system shared dual-gauge track with the narrow-gauge Los Angeles Railway, or Yellow Car system for part of its route. Created in 1901, the PER gradually ended passenger service in the 1950s. For auction is a rail service timetable dated June 1, 1943. It is for services on the (a) Arcadia-Monrovia-Azusa-Glendora Line and the (b) Sierra Madre Line.
