The cover is franked with Guatemala Scott #C117, the 15 centavos Palace of Captains General air mail stamp from 1939, #302, the 3¢ Mayan Stele at Quiriga stamp from 1942 and #RA18, the surcharged 1¢ on 2¢ President Barrios postal tax stamp from 1942. The stamps are tied to the cover by a Correos de Guatemala machine slogan cancel dated May 6, 1942. Censor tape on left end: "EXAMINED BY 2093". This cover measures 162mm x 91mm.
