Description: While the hand-cut paper versions of these 1941 Play Ball cards might often be overlooked or misunderstood, here's some facts! This was made BY Play Ball in 1941 These are exponentially rarer than their far more commonly seen cardboard counterparts!! These are on thin paper stock and not the typical cardboard stock. As such, they're far more prone to wrinkles, creases, and other similar types of paper damage. This Ott was very recently graded by SGC. I'm absolutely clueless why this card isn't an 8. A 4.5 should not have a wrinkle. And I certainly don't see any wrinkles. The color, registration, centering, and surfaces all appear to minimally be Nm/Mt. This card offers a huge amount of rarity and eye-appeal on an exceptionally rare prewar KEY HOFer for very little money
