Description: Up for sale is this gorgeous map of Morocco, ca. 1940s. (The only other copy I found when researching the map dated it 1950, but it was part of a collection of items my grandfather brought back from North Africa, where he served in WWWII. Thus I believe it is from the 1940s.) Entitled "Carte du Maroc avec ses principales routes et ses grands reliefs", it measures 18 1/2" x 19" unfolded. It is in very good, gently-used condition with original folds and some edge tears, as pictured.
