Description: This sweet vintage sterling puffy heart charm features an ornate raised border around a center yellow glass enamel center. The back of the charm mirrors the front but without the enamel. On the back are 3 little initials very shallowly hand scratched into the center. They look like LJO. Measurements: the bracelet charm measures 3/4” high excluding the loose jump ring x 9/16” wide. There appear to be no markings on the heart but it has been tested for purity and it is sterling silver. Excellent condition. 12773
