Description: This is a mid 1940s Wool hand knit sweater from Denmark. This was my Grandfather's sweater. He brought it back with him from WW11. The sweater has the Denmark Coat Of Arms with the cross on it. This was the original coat of arms, from when they started using it in the mid 1100's. Sweater is a very heavy pure wool not blended. This would probably be around a size medium to a slim fit size large. Dimensions are in the product specifications. This is a used sweater so it has some wool poof balls on it. The only thing that I can see wrong with it is that the tail end of the sweater the knitting came apart. It's about 3/4 inch long. The one sleeve cuff might need some repair as well. This is a very high end wool sweater, but remember it was worn over 75 years ago. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
