Description: The Teddy Bear Book, No author or illustrator credited, but a hardcover edition with some of the same illustrations was written by Constance Wickham and illustrated by A.E. Kennedy. Published by Whitman Publishing Company. Copyright 1940. 16 pages including covers. 13" X 9-1/2". Fabricated from a linen/paper blend. Pictorial wraps have a couple minor smudges, but no real staining. Spine is rubbed but intact. Bottom corners are bumped/creased. Rear cover and last half of pages each has a tiny (1/8") tear on the fore edge. Pages are clean and the illustrations on every page are amazingly vivid. Text is printed at bottom of each page in blue. Overall condition is Very Good All my books are as described. If I go too far in describing minor flaws, it's because I want you, the buyer, to be satisfied that you'll get no nasty surprises.
