Here's big, smiling, pot-bellied General Juan Almazan, 55, whose independent candidacy for president of Mexico opposes that of General Manuel Avila Camacho, government-endorsed candidate. Almazan, who claims the support of 80 per cent of the people of Mexico, declares he will win (right, too) unless he is "counted out" by the present government which seeks to continue its rule through Comacho. Rumor has it that, in any event, Almazan will be a leading figure in a revolution.
