Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. This is an eight volume set of political report of the Social Democratic Party of Germany in the 1930's. The Deutschland-Bericht der Sopade were journals of political exile that wrote about feelings toward the German National Socialist party, using informers from the Reichstag. These volumes were produced between 1934 and 1940. The Sopade formed in Prague by exiles of the Social Democratic Party after the National Socialist party had disbanded the group. The reports were published in German, English, and French and provided much of Western Europe insight into different perspectives toward the Nazi regime.
