Description: Lot of two Four Roses bottles, one dates 1938, the other 1947. Both are one pint size. No cracks, have a decent bit of stains. There are people out there who have "bottle tumblers" and can clean your bottle for like $10 or $20. I don't have one or I would do it myself. BOTTLES WILL NOT BE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. A screenshot of the Liquor Industry Hearings from 1943 is attached which shows the permit number D11 which belonged to the Frankfort Distilleries. These permit numbers were required by law for many years to be embossed on the bottoms or sides of whiskey bottles and every distillery was assigned their own number. D11 belonged to Frankfort Distilleries. Be sure to take a look at my other bottle listings, I have many more. Any questions are welcome.
