1937 United Brewers Industrial Foundation Code of Practice & Letter Hugh Harley

Description: Original 1937 Letter from Hugh Harley, United Brewers Industrial Foundation, New York, to a Dr. Frances Spinka, Medical Society, Texarkana, Texas, dated November 19, 1937, signed by Harley, with attached and referenced "The Brewers' Code Of Practice." A very rare piece. The only other example of the Code Of Practice that I could find is in the Library of Congress Archives. ~ Good condition with a few small tears having been nicely repaired from the reverse using acid-free, archival clear tape.
