Philip Bastedo, son of Dr. and Mrs. Walter Arthur Bastedo, and Miss Helen Cutting Wilmerding, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucius Wilmerding were the principals in one of the more important weddings of the month, at fashionable St. George's church in Stuyvesant Square, on Thursday afternoon (February 4). A brilliant reception at the bride's home followed the church rites, and the newlyweds left from there for a honeymoon in Mexico. They will make their home in New York. Mr. and Mrs. N. Philip Bastedo--Nee Helen Cutting Wilmerding--were photographed departing from St. George's Church. Photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Photo Is dated 1937.
