This is not dated but can be matched to the 1937 Derby by the finish time and order on the center board. You can see War Admiral as the one horse who still has a jockey near the inside rail. This is by famous Louisville photographers Caufield and Shook. This is 8"x10" and just some very light wear. Beautiful condition.
