Description: This collector's edition hardcover of Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell was published by Macmillan in June 1936. The book has an original facsimile and is written in English. It is a classic piece of Americana literature and features the famous character Scarlett O'Hara. This edition is a great addition to any book collector's library. The book is in overall good condition. There is some wear on the top of the spine. There are no rips or tears on the pages or writing that I saw. There is a signature on the inside cover of a name and place along with the word Christmas date 1936. So apparently it was a Christmas gift when it first came out. As I was going through the book I noticed the previous owner used the old dust jacket for a bookmark. There are some spots on a few pages towards the back of the book as pictured. Other than that, it is a nice copy.
