Description: 1932 G.O.P Prohibition Era Cartoon Art Drawing Newspaper Baltimore Artist Paul Carey The artist named Paul Iglehart Carey cartoonist illustrator who worked mainly in the mid twenties to early thirties in Baltimore Maryland. He was successful in getting some material published locally but I do not believe he had any national success. He died in 1974.
