Description: Vintage 1931 full-page magazine ad for a Minnesota land agent, with smaller St. Cloud lumber ads on back, in German and English. Item was salvaged from a heavily damaged 1931 German/American magazine. Full page measures appr. 7.75" x 10.5" and is in VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION. Flaws include; moderate creasing and discoloration near the top; and light edge wear on one side, with staple holes. ~~ Any white lines in the photos were caused by the scanner and DO NOT appear on the actual ad. I do combine shipping on multiple orders. The shipping charge for each additional similarly shaped item would be .50 cents (U.S. only). Rates would be higher for larger, heavier items.
