Description: Offered is an original, and rather rare,1930's TWA TRANSCONTINENTAL AIRLINES Lapel Pin. This is a petite pin measuring 15/16" in width. This pin is gold plated brass with red enameling. There were no maker marks, etc. on the back of these. The pin has a threaded post with a screw-on disc fastener. This particular pin is not often seen for sale and this example does show minor evidence of use/wear as observed and described above but, it is still in nice condition. Again, these are a rare pin regardless of the condition as most of these have not survived time.
