Description: CIRCA 1930s - 1940s SINGER FRANK SINATRA 130 PIECE SNAPSHOT PHOTOGRAPH SCRAPBOOK ALBUM Album consists of approximately 130 snapshot photographs taken during the 1930's - with some into the 1940's when FRANK SINATRA apparently had become part of the Armed Services during or just before WW11. There are approx. 115 images that have FRANK SINATRA in them, and 15 that do not. These images, which include maybe 2 or 3 postcards, show SINATRA with his first wife Nancy Barbato and one of three children he had with her. Later photos show Ava Gardner w/ Sinatra. Other scenes of Sinatra performing, on radio, signing autographs for fans, etc. etc. are included in this scrapbook on offer. The cover is lacking but a period replace matching back and front cover scrapbook of same vintage and size can often be found on eBay and can easily be restrung with the old shoelace binding that is inherent to this scrapbook on offer, if desired. The photos appear to be from original negatives and are photos that likely or appear to have been made available through a FRANK SINATRA fan club of the day. With the exception of 2 or 3 postcards, and 2 or 3 halftone clip images, these snapshots are ORIGINAL silver print photos from the 1930s into 1940s apparently produced from the original negative: based on the details, sharpness and border edges as is shown. There is however one photo-composite photo in the group - as shown on one of the album pages. Wear is consistent with age and use. Lacking cover.
