It’s really bright with a deep and dark press on its S/N and seal. The eye appeal is extraordinary as you can see. The paper is crisp and of the highest quality. Its razor sharp corners and perfect and smooth print complete this key LTN. If I told you this 100 year old LTN was just printed, you would believe it. That’s not an exaggeration. It’s just a visual fact. NOTE: I vehemently disagree with the grade given. If the right margin was a hair tighter we might be debating for a gem grade. The margins are set up that way. Grade 62 and 63 are clear to the naked eye. The margins are crooked, badly cut and all over the place. The reverse of this LTN is clearly for a gem grade. At a minimum, PCGS was strict with this note. One grade only but one grade on 1928 LTNs makes a big difference. Place this note visually against on any grade 63 small size note and you will understand what I’m talking about almost immediately. Nevertheless, you must make your purchase with the grade given.
