But we are not going to take apart, and since this is likely one of the last remaining copies, we do not recommend you do either. 30” x 15”. Book also includes a real estate flyer, laid onto a piece of card stock, with prices, and terms, we could only dream about today! $3 down and $2 a week—corner lots for around $500–large commercial lots for around $1,800 (no not 1.8 million)!! First map, title map, and last map show significant damage; remaining maps have wear, but are mostly pretty nice for age. Binding is worn and stained. Most maps show many lots, streets and details, but a few are nearly empty—today, of course, all those areas are fully developed! Only copy available anywhere. Oregon historical society has a different edition, but that’s the only record we found anywhere online.
