Description: Antique Halloween Tin Noisemaker ~ Court Jester Great vintage, nearly antique Halloween item. Made by Kirchhoff out of Newark, New Jersey. Patent date of November 27, 1928 on both sides. The noisemaker measures 6" tall, 1 3/4" across, and 1" deep. The handle is 2" long. I spun it around a couple times and it "makes noise". LOL There are some surface scratches and very small paint losses. All of that equals "not a big deal". Fantastic graphics and color. A great addition for your Halloween collection!
