It is tight and complete and the overall condition is Very Good Plus with minor to moderate overall wear and a 3/4 of an inch tear on the bottom of the program that goes through the entire program. EXCELLENT- Issues that are only noticeable upon inspection. An item might have 2 or 3 flaws like minor surface creasing, minor discoloration to the covers or interior pages, minor edge or spine wear. VERY GOOD- Issues that are immediately noticeable. More moderate wear including heavier discoloration to cover or interior pages, surface wear that impacts many of the pages, splits or noticeable wear to the spine, chipping to the edges of the covers or interior pages. FAIR- Major Wear in many categories, but the item is still collectible. POOR- So many problems that it makes an item in this condition almost unusable.
