It measures approximately 7 3/8" x 16 5/8".The second page is the "Chauffeur's Cottage" and is dated November 12, 1927. It measures approximately 7 1/2" x 13 1/8".The third page is the "Second Floor Plans" and it measures around 12" x 30".Each page is in fragile condition. These pages have been rolled up for decades. There is heavy creasing, stains, discoloration, marks, tape residue, tape marks, and tearing. There is wear from being rolled, including curling and bowing to the paper. The edges have heavy curling and need something heavy to weigh them down to see the document flattened. Please see photos for more information on condition and ask any questions you may have. This would be a nice addition to any collection.
