This is a desirable specimen that comes very clean for the grade with brilliant and frosty luster that jumps off the coin. Strike and surfaces are also excellent for the grade and very likely top-tier at MS 65. The old green holder (OGH) also adds value because most collectors would agree that grading standards three decades ago were likely stricter.
