Description: This listing is for a 1924 NGC MS66+ $20 Saint Gaudens Gold Double Eagle. A lovely and original yellow gold untoned Saint. Deep mint luster shows on both sides. The strike quality is outstanding. It is particularly nice on Mrs. Liberty's facial features and the Capital Building that are usually a point of weakness, but not so on this piece. Scarce in this level of preservation. For accuracy we note a small chip on the stackable ring on the upper right corner of the holder.
