Description: Lovely 1924 decorative copy of Jules Verne's, "L'Etoile du Sud." The book is overall in very good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. The covers only have some light wear with dulling to the spine and some rubbing to the gilt. The binding is good and sound. The book is illustrated by Benette with several black and white in-text illustrations. The interior is toned from age but is generally nice and clean with just the occasional light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a creased page corner, tiny chip or tear, minor interior crack, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 10 3/4 inches by 7 1/4 inches and is 242 pages long. The text is in French. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
