First published in 1923. Here we have a novel by Henry Rider Haggard (1856-1925) writer of adventure fiction romances set in exotic locations, and a pioneer of the lost world literary genre.Red textured cloth boards with black lettering on the front board and spine. Fading to the spine with minor fraying to the top. Browning to endpapers with slight yellowing to pages, and light foxing in a few places. All pages are firm and the book is in very good condition. 286 pages. 19 x 12.5 cm.
