Description: 1922 Vintage Press Photo.Ruth Clifford, star in First National's "The Dangerous Age," has the smallest monkey in captivity for a pet. It is a dwarfed specimen of what is known as the squirrel monkey. Although three years old, it weighs but four ounces and is capable of eating its own weight in seedless grapes and figs daily. It was captured on a recent Colonel Selig expedition to the Brazilian jungles along the Amazon. Ruth Clifford was an American actress of leading roles in silent films whose career lasted from that era into the television era. THERE IS A CREASE MARKING DOWN THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PHOTO.
