Description: This dress is an ivory silk crepe. It has a row of buttons at the neck, off center and buttoning on the diagonal. One button is missing, it's not really needed, I would remove the loop and let the other 6 hold it closed. It has pin tucks on the shoulder, dropped waist (missing a ribbon tie), a flounce down the front bodice and 2 gathered flounces making up the skirt. It has pin tucks coming from the shoulder, no openings so allow wiggle room to put it on. It measures 34 1/2 inches around the bust, waist is 35, hips are 38 1/2 and is 41 1/2 inches long. I would make the dress sleeveless or cut new sleeves from something contrasting like chiffon. The dress would be wearable if you put some TLC into it.
