These came from a member of the family who lived at 413 Tremont Street back in the early 1920s and I suspect these cards show Selma Alabama church interiors. Perhaps Presbyterian (I think the Woolseys might have been Presbyterians), Methodist (cross in lighter photo with IHS (?) on it - "In His Service" - which I somehow associate with the Methodist Church); or maybe the Episcopalian (especially judging from the darker photo). Maybe even 2 different churches. The lighter card has a Cyko stamp box dating it from 1904-1920s; the darker card has an AZO stamp box with 4 triangles pointing upwards, dating it from 1904-1918. Both are standard size real photo postcards. As of 27 December 2023, these were the only ones of their kind listed on ebay I only have ONE each of these. each is postally UNUSED but I only have ONE of each; 2 notices creases in the darker interior & its corners are modestly bumped; corners bumped on the lighter interior; verso lightly soiled on both; else NEAR VERY GOOD . . . . . . . . Remember that the Abraham Lincoln Penny is not attached to the item. It is put on the scanner bed merely to protect the uniqueness or near uniqueness of an image so that the high bidder gets an item that has not been copied via someone's computer.
