The certificate states "This 12th day of April 1915 at one P.M., the Beadle county Abstract & Title Company certifies, that there are no deeds, mortgages, lis penens, judgments, mechanics liens, unpaid taxes, or other liens of any kind filed, recorded or docketed in the office of the Registrar of Deeds, Clerk of the City or County Courts, or the Treasurer of said County, since February 4th, 1914 at 9:20 A.M. affecting the title to the SW1/2 of Section 19, Township 109, Range 63, Beadle County, South Dakota except as herein shown by entries Nos. 40 to 46, both inclusive. Beadle County Abstract & Title Company by JE Scott Secretary". Attached is a 10c Documentary Revenue stamp with the signature of JES Apr 12 1915.
