It is a first and limited edition, limited to just 1030 copies of which this is number 761 and is signed by Rackham. The book features 44 tipped-in tissue-guarded and captioned colour plates by Rackham, mounted on brown thick paper.Bound in cream cloth hardboards with a gilt image of a pelican and gilt title lettering to the front board. Gilt lettering to the spine. Spine is a little darkened and smudges to the cloth generally. Boards firm. Some foxing to some text pages and to the tissue guards. Condition overall is very good though. 43 pages of text plus 44 plates. 30 x 23 cm.We have over 2000 items in our Ebay shop on a range of subjects, so please feel free to have a browse and see if anything else takes your fancy.
