Front and back covers with small edge tears or edge creases, some writing, some soiling or toning. Pages are tight and clean. A couple with small edge tears. Paper is yellowed a bit but not at all brittle. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback).
