Illustrated with two plates. CONDITION In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, generally smart. Fold to the front wraps. Some light marks to the wraps and spine. Light edgewear. Small folds to the spine. Some light spots to the fore edge. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with the odd spot to the first few pages.
