Walker & Co., Boston, showing, presumably, better roads in solid red and "poor roads" with dotted red lines, with original printed paper covers, on off-white wove paper, with horizontal and vertical folds as issued (now flattened); ink annotations around the area of Trenton indicating the route taken by a driver, with some ink smudging and one small hole, otherwise in very good condition (and seemingly one of the earliest dated, individually-issued American automobile maps) Sheet 28 x 34 3/4 inches
