FILLS OUT A FULL SKIRT NICELY: WORN AS AN UNDERLAYER PETTICOAT / CRINOLINE BACK IN ITS DAY. EMBELLISHED WITH INCREDIBLE LACE DETAILS ALONG THE BOTTOM HEMLINE, AND PEPPERED WITH DELICATE FRENCH KNOTS. BUTTON CLOSURE AND SLIT AT WAISTLINE. NOTE: I included a small crinoline underneath to show off the fullness of the petticoat… This is not included but would be needed to replicate.
