Please zoom pictures that are part of description.I added 22" brass tone adjustable Necklace & add option of brooch to pendant converter & 22" adjustable silver plate necklace. As the original maker of antique brooch put 1890 C clasp in center of back, that would cause cameo to tip forward as a pendant; so I have added a small piece of Scotch tape to top back to prevent tipping. Hangs great now. If you are sure you never will want to wear this as a brooch, I will permanently glue converter for you. Just say so in purchase memo. Presently, you can wear as a necklace; or you can wear it as a brooch by temporarily removing pendant converter.All I did here was replace a plain stone with a beautiful vintage hand carved cameo & add plastic stoppers to clasp+- with necklace. Brooch Measures 2 7/8" by 2 ", raised 1/4".
