This is a lot of 26 different issues of The Academy: A Weekly Review of Literature, Science, and Art magazine from 1900 and 1901. The issues included in this lot are: (1900) July 14, 12, & 28; August 4, 11, 18, & 25; October 20 & 27; November 3, 10, 17, & 24; December 1, 8 , 15, 22, & 29; and (1901) January 5, 12, 19, & 26; and February 2, 9, 16, & 23; . These magazines were published in London. This lot of magazines features great articles, information, and nice vintage ads. This lot of magazines is in overall poor condition showing wear due to age. The pages of these magazines are very dry and are very fragile. These magazines are subject to heavy flaking and paper loss. Some of the front covers and the back covers of these issues are detached. The front covers of these issues have library stamps near the top. The pages inside are also stained around the edges. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
