Description: 18th Century Antique English Pewter Large Plate, 12", Robert Bush & Co., c. 1787 - 1793. This is a fine large pewter plate with a single reeded rim and nice polished patina. This plate has a couple of worn impressed marks on the back in script "RB" under a stags head with a well struck, "LONDON" scroll. There are also a full set of hallmarks that are well struck. These marks were utilized with the Robert Bush & Co. mark. This mark can be found in "OLD PEWTER, ITS MAKERS AND MARKS", PAGE 173, #739. This plate is in very good condition. This large pewter plate is offered here with no reserve and a Buy It Now. DIMENSIONS: This pewter plate is 9/16" H. x 12" Dia.. CONDITION: The plate is in very good condition with some minor denting and wear to the finish. This is a fine and impresive pewter plate that displays very well.
