The book is in GOOD Condition with both hinges cracked and a few signatures baring the hinge or spine (cracked). The title page has a tear from the bottom near the spine half way up, but has a small section near the bottom that is not torn, so it isn't free floating yet. The binding is loose with the illustration at page 224 lifting away from the binding, but is still attached. Would be wonderful rebacked.
