An important document of the early labour movement in Britain. CONDITION In cloth binding with gilt detailing. Externally quite smart, there are some markings to boards, as well as wear to extremities and joints. Internally, the pages are firmly bound and are largely bright and clean thoughout, aside from some light foxing to endpages. There are library bookplates to endpages and pastedown and an ink inscription to front free endpaper.
