It was the subject of the first picture postcards of a Nebraska place or event. A set of 10 official postcards are the only Official Souvenir Exposition cards issued. This set of 10 are from U. S. Postal Card Co., Omaha, Nebraska. They feature color photos of the same buildings shown on the 1898 official postcards. These postcards were reprinted around 1998. All postcards are like new, however, envelopes have worn and bent corners. Always see pictures. The Trans-Mississippi International Exposition was held in Omaha, Nebraska from June 1 to November 1, 1898.
