It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a nice map with bright color, very clean with good detail that would frame up well. Size: The dimensions of the map area are approximately 9 1/4 by 12 1/2 inches (24x32cm) on a page measuring 11 1/2 by 13 1/2" (29x35cm)Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition with light tonal aging, a dampstain in the bottom margin and a couple of bends on the corners, otherwise fairly clean with strong color and antique appearance that would frame up well, see the pics for more on the condition. The pics are of the actual map.
