It is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown against a dark background in the pic. A nice large antique map that would frame up well. Size: The map area measures approximately 9 3/4 by 12 3/4 inches (24x32cm) on a 10 1/4 by 13 3/4" (26x35cm) page. Condition: It is in Very Good condition with moderate tonal ageing, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
