Description: Front hinge cracked with some visible separation; inside cover has remains of a removed bookplate; Some general browning; Text mostly clear and good with occasional page with minor spotting; a few pencil marks but not many & they're small ("check" marks, generally). Rear inside covers browned & some words in pencil. Brown and gilt covers and spine in mostly good shape with minor signs of wear and soiling;bumped corners. Note: I try to identify any flaws in books as much as possible. Sometimes a photo will catch something that I hadn't noticed when making the listing--so it's good practice to look at the photographs as well as to read the listing.
